After successful injunction of Samsung Galaxy tablet 10.1 in countries including Australia, Germany and Italy, Apple requested the court to ban sale of three smartphones and a tablet of Samsung, which has been declined. The Judge Lucy Koh also said in her ruling in the San Jose district court on Friday that, “It is not clear that an injunction on Samsung's accused devices would prevent Apple from being irreparably harmed”. However it is also interesting to know that the battle between two companies have been spread to 20 countries.
The battle between Apple and Samsung is heating up day by day. Infact there are also speculations according to which Apple provided some alternative designs to Samsung. The judge also put the fact in notice that ban on Samsung devices can prevent Apple from irreparable harm. However the ban on Samsung devices still continues in some countries.
